This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid marketplace features offered by Unisell, including highlighted listings, paid boosts, and subscription packages.
1. Nature of Digital Services
Most paid features are digital and begin processing immediately after successful payment. Once a feature is consumed or activated, it is generally non-refundable.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- duplicate or accidental double charge occurred for the same order
- payment was completed but service was not delivered due to a verified technical failure
- law requires a refund in your jurisdiction
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are normally not provided for consumed ad boosts, expired feature windows, policy-based listing removals, account restrictions for violations, or user mistakes in listing details.
4. Cancellation
If subscriptions are offered, cancellation stops future renewal where applicable. Cancellation does not automatically create refunds for already billed periods unless legally required.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on banking and gateway networks, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
