This Account and Data Deletion Policy explains how users of Unisell can request account closure and personal data deletion.
1. Self-Service Account Deletion
Logged-in users can delete their account from the profile settings section. This action is irreversible after completion.
2. What Happens After Deletion
When an account is deleted, we disable access and begin removal or anonymization of personal profile data and linked listing metadata, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
3. Retained Data
Certain records may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial auditing, and enforcement of platform integrity.
4. Third-Party Processors
Where applicable, deletion requests are propagated to relevant processors that store data on our behalf, according to contractual and legal timelines.
5. Requesting Manual Deletion Support
If you cannot access your account, contact support with your registered email/phone and verification details to request deletion assistance.
